Grief & Sacred Rage Women's Retreat

Are you ready to release stuck energy, honor your grief, and embrace the power of your sacred rage? If so, I invite you to join me in the jungle.

This retreat was born from my personal journey with breast cancer. Through my own personal ceremonies, I came to see that my unexpressed anger had manifested as illness. Like many women, I had been conditioned to believe that anger was shameful, so instead of releasing it, I turned it inward—making myself sick. This is all too common, leading to autoimmune disorders, mood imbalances, and even disease.

My intention for this retreat is to create a space where we can collectively release decades of grief and suppressed anger, clearing the way for transformation. Together, we will reclaim this powerful energy and learn to use it as fuel for a more empowered, authentic life.

This women’s retreat will be extremely intimate with less than 20 women. It will take place in a serene sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Mayan jungle, just 10 minutes from Tulum. Surrounded by nature and a private cenote, this space offers tranquility, grounding, and a chance to disconnect from the outside world.

The geodesic domes, designed with sacred geometry, promoting deep rest and energetic balance, while communal spaces are intentionally crafted for well-being. These include a temazcal, geodesic shala, meditation dome, bonfire areas, jungle trails, and dedicated spaces for ceremonies and meditation.

For the temazcal and limpia, we will be guided by native medicine women, experts in ancestral healing practices, to support our energetic cleansing and renewal. I will hold space for the Thursday and Friday evening cerermonies,  assisted by lovely space holders to ensure the best possible experience. 

Waking up in this peaceful sanctuary and sharing the experience with like-minded women is a dream come true. What once began as a vision has now become reality, and offering this retreat is a way to give back—to the collective and to Mother Earth. 

The goal is to bring our cleansed energy back into our communities and share the love.
